We am currently not accepting orders through the website, it is merely just another way to see products. Ordering through the website does not allow us to ship your item the way we would like to and be able to add a tracking number.

We accceptall types of payments. It is decided by you. 

Orders are shipped within 3-4 days. We will provide you with a shipping number so that you can track shipping.

You will receive a Care Guide with your purchase.

For clothing items, please wash inside out and hang to dry.

For tumbers and cups, handwash only. We are going to be offering a dishwasher safe coating, these coating can take up to 28 days to full cure to be safe in dishwasher. Please handwash until then.

Each item is made with the best quality available but we know sometimes things can happen that is out of our hands. We are all human! If you are not happy with your item or if it has arrived to you damaged, we am more than happy to send you a replacement item. All you have to do is send a message. We reply quickly!
